Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 every day to protect your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays fifteen minutes before going outside. When the sun’s rays are too harsh on your skin between 10am and 5pm, use sunscreen with an SPF of 30, by the way the sun is very hot.
